Lucbeauté  – Return Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2025

At Lucbeauté , we are committed to ensuring the quality and safety of our beauty products. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetics, most sales are final. Returns will only be accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

Final Sale Items

  • All purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, expired, damaged, or an incorrect item was received.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

We will only accept a return if:

  1. The product arrived expired, defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  3. You provide:
    • A valid receipt or order confirmation, and
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

Conditions for Returns

  • All products must be in their original packaging.
  • Customers must retain original shipping packaging, as carriers may require it for inspection.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or expired item).
  • A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8.00 CAD applies to customer-initiated returns and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking has been issued.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct product.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent return claims. If fraud is suspected, Lucbeauté reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future service,
  • Block associated email addresses or shipping addresses,
  • Withhold order fulfillment until proof of legitimacy is provided,
  • Report fraudulent behavior to financial institutions.
