Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • During high-volume periods (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on Shopify’s preferred carrier rates.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post or an equivalent carrier.
  • Please note: We do not offer shipping to the United States or international destinations at this time.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipments include a tracking number, provided by email once your order has shipped.
  • Signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

In-Store Pickup (Optional)

If you are located near our studio, you may select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • Please allow 1 business day for processing.
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days. Contact us if you require an extension.

Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
  • Please note that during peak shopping seasons, shipping times may be longer.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at atelier.lucbeaute@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note replacement or refund decisions depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
